Telepsychology is a form of therapy delivered through telecommunication tools such as video calls, phone calls, or messaging platforms. These tools allow you to receive mental health support from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choice.

Talk therapy sessions can be delivered 100% online, conducted through telecommunication tools such as video calls, phone calls, or messaging platforms.
Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
In-person, one-on-one meetings can be scheduled upon request.
Individual therapy New Client: 60 mins | TT$200 - $250
Subsequent sessions: 45 - 60 mins | TT$200 - $250
Existing Clients: 45 - 60 mins | TT$150 - $200
Couples therapy New Clients: 75 - 90 mins | TT$400 - $450
Subsequent sessions: 60 mins | TT$350 - $400
Existing Clients: 60 mins | TT$350 - $400

Sessions conducted outside of regular office hours or on select public holidays may incur additional costs, as they are typically considered outside of standard operating hours.
